How I got here
I'm based in Colombia and work with clients across the Americas. Since 2021 I've helped more than 3,000 businesses with their lead generation and sales processes, and I've audited how more than 1,000 client teams actually work.
Working with that many teams taught me what the tutorials skip: most "CRM problems" are process problems with software on top.
So I fix the process first. I audit how teams actually work, cut the steps nobody needs, and write the guides teams actually use on Monday.
