Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Fabian Leonardo Moreno Quiroz, doing business as Leonardo Moreno ("I", "me") collects when you visit leonardomoreno.co, join the waitlist, buy the guide "Email Deliverability: Get Out of Spam", or email me, and what I do with it.
Scope: This policy covers the guide, its waitlist and the optional audit call. Other services I offer are covered by their own policies.

What I collect
- Waitlist form: your first name, work email address and the HubSpot tier you tell me you use. Free email addresses (such as Gmail) are blocked on this form.
- Purchases: your name, email address, billing details and order information. Payment is handled by SamCart and its payment partners (see below). I never see or store your full card number or your PayPal password.
- Emails you send me: the message and your address, so I can reply.
- Website data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring page, collected through cookies and similar tools (see Cookies).
- Audit call (only if you buy it): the details you share before and during the call about your HubSpot email setup, used only to prepare your written fix list.
How I use it
- To send you the scorecard and the waitlist emails you asked for.
- To tell you when the guide opens, and to send the purchase receipt, the download links and updates to the guide.
- To deliver the audit call and the written fix list.
- To answer questions, give support and handle refunds.
- To keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.
- To follow tax, accounting and legal duties.
I do not sell your personal information.
Email, and how to stop it
Marketing emails come from lmoreno@leonardomoreno.co through HubSpot. Every email has an unsubscribe link and my postal address. I honor unsubscribes within 2 days, as the law requires. Purchase receipts and download emails are service messages and still arrive if you unsubscribe from marketing.
Who I share it with
These companies process data for me. Each has its own privacy policy.
- HubSpot, Inc.: forms, contact records, email sending, website hosting and analytics.
- SamCart and its payment processors, including PayPal: checkout, payments, receipts, order records and file delivery.
- Google (Workspace and Gmail): my inbox, calendar and email.
- Google reCAPTCHA: protects the waitlist form from bots.
- Video call tool: Google Meet, or the video tool named in your booking confirmation.
I may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights or someone's safety. If the business is ever sold, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Cookies
The site and checkout use cookies for basic function, security (reCAPTCHA), analytics and HubSpot's visitor tracking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site and checkout still work, but some features may not.
How long I keep it
- Waitlist and marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. I may keep a minimal record that you opted out.
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically several years.
- Audit-call notes and the fix list: 12 months after the call, then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop emailing you. Email lmoreno@leonardomoreno.co and I will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Economic Area), you may have additional rights, including to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your local data authority.
Security
I use reputable providers, encrypted connections and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for business use and is not directed to children under 16. I do not knowingly collect their information.
Other websites
Links to other websites (HubSpot, Google and others) are covered by their own policies, not this one.
Changes
If I change this policy I will update the date at the top. For significant changes I will tell waitlist members and customers by email.
