Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from Fabian Leonardo Moreno Quiroz, doing business as Leonardo Moreno ("I", "me") at leonardomoreno.co or through my SamCart checkout. By buying, you agree to them.

Scope: These terms cover only the guide and the optional audit call. Other services I offer have their own terms.

What you are buying

• The guide: "Email Deliverability: Get Out of Spam", a digital PDF guide and a one-page printable checklist. Download links are on the thank-you page and in your receipt email. Nothing is shipped.
• Audit call (optional add-on): a 30-minute video call to review your HubSpot email health, plus a written fix list sent within 48 hours of the call. You book the call with the link in your confirmation, and it must take place within 14 days of purchase.
• Updates: free updates to every version 1.x of the guide, sent by email. A new major edition (2.0 or a new language) may be sold separately.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. Waitlist members may get a limited-time price, which ends at the time stated in their email and is not extended. Payment is processed by SamCart and its payment partners, including PayPal. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Refunds

• Guide: if it does not help, email lmoreno@leonardomoreno.co within 30 days of buying and I will refund the guide price. No questions.
• Audit call: full refund if you ask before the call takes place. After the call, a refund only if I did not deliver the written fix list within 48 hours.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take several days to show it.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guide inside your own company. You may print it and make working copies for your team. Please do not resell it, post it publicly, share the file outside your company or use it to build a competing product. I keep the copyright.

What I do not promise

The guide and the call give you a diagnosis and a fix plan. I do not promise inbox placement, a particular open rate, or that a mailbox provider will change how it treats your email. Results depend on your list, content, domain history and the provider's own systems, which change. HubSpot's menus and limits change too, and the guide states when its click-paths were verified.

Not legal or professional advice

The guide is general information, not legal advice. Laws such as CAN-SPAM and privacy rules vary by country; check with a lawyer for your situation.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the guide or the call. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own email sending, including permission from recipients and compliance with the law. Do not use the guide to send to bought or scraped lists or to evade a provider's rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version in place when you bought applies to that purchase.
